Angel ring, windmill, and the stress units

Flight works on this version. It is not a mining license. The windmill is the part you can copy.

AngleIron

Early power that survived a week: one windmill, a short shaft, a millstone, and a chest. No chunk loader. When I log off, the world may stop spinning the line, and that is acceptable because nothing in the line explodes or spreads. Stress was the limit, not hunger for more chunks. If the wheel stalls, I add sail or I remove a machine. I do not claim six extra chunks and load them so a single oven feels industrial.

The setup is inside the claim, on the bank, not over the reeds. See the river thread before you copy the location. Copy the restraint instead. A spare cog is on the trade post for anyone who strips a gearbox and pretends it was the meteor.

RiftLantern

Kibe’s angel ring works in multiplayer on the fork this pack is running. I use it to cross my own claim, not to hover over someone else’s chests. Cloud boots are the other toy. They had a crash when the feather ran out. That crash was fixed in the Tekxit fork of the mod in this version’s notes. If you still crash, say so with the version. Do not install a random updated jar to “get the fix” we already have.

Flight near spawn is annoying and useless. Spawn is a road. Land it.

ClaimChalk

If I see an angel ring inside a claim at chest height, I will assume you are lost once. The second time I will assume you are shopping and the rules already cover shopping. Land on the path and use chat like a person who can walk.

ColdBoot

Chunk loaders remain for jobs with an end. AngleIron’s windmill is the example I will point at when someone asks why their quarry cannot run all night. The enchanting note still stands on this version: skip the broken basic infuser, use the advanced recipe that asks for both ingredient sets, or enchant without the block. That is not a windmill problem. It is the other thing people try to rush in week one.
